-Kawakaze gets a Kai 2 at level 75, which can equip daihatsu but not Ka-Mi. She now also drops at 2-5.
-150+ ships get 3rd anniversary voice lines, replacing Coming of Spring lines. Yuugumo, Naganami, Harusame Kai and Mizuho also get temporary Spring Bouquet sprites.
-For the 3rd anniversary, a free present box is given upon login, and a temporary 3rd anniversary quest rewarding a wall scroll has been added, along with 6 permanent one-time quests, one of which rewards a Ka-Mi.
-Uzuki and Akashi will continue to drop in Extra Operation maps until the next maintenance. Akashi drops in 1-5 only for those without her.
-Type 98 Night Recon plane can now be improved at Akashi's Arsenal.
-Mogami-class Kai, Ise-class Kai, Akagi Kai and Zara/Zara Kai have their stats buffed. Mogami-class Kai also have their plane counts buffed.
-BGM while browsing the kanmusu library has been changed.
-The theme for the large scale Spring 2016 Event, named "Establish! Land-based Air Corps", is "Combined Arms Battle". It will be based on an "if" operation, introduce two Kamikaze-class DDs, start on May 2 and last for around 3 weeks.
-The first of 3 parts of the 7 map event involves capturing a land base. The second part, an expansion operation, is optional. Iowa, who first appeared in the PS Vita game, will be an event reward for the final part.
-Friendly installations, land-based aircraft and their famed pilots are planned to be added, with the first two coming this Spring event, ranking rewards notwithstanding.
-An Asashio-class DD will get her Kai 2 this spring.
-The voice lines of Pola of the Zara-class are completed.
-A new aerial system will be implemented this year.
-Android lottery results are out. 250k winners will be able to access the port when it is implemented after this Spring event.

I have a plethora of DD sitting around 77-70, mainly my Bucky class, the Kagerou, and Murasame. I use DDs I like, so a lot of the "Elites" get shafted. I do have Yuudachi and Shigure maxed at Lv65 in case I do need them. For the final map, though, it's inevitable that I'm going to run my trademark Kriegsmarine Escort fleet. They are my favorite DDs, after all.
My CAs are being worked on. I have Furutaka, Atago, and Takao on the way to K2/Lv 70 right now, and once the event is over, I'll work on Myoukou then Ashigara, and then I'll have all the CA kai nis.
As for the Mutsu, I was farming them for 41cms for the main Snail stock 41s and Bisko's 38cm Kai. I keep them simply because I like Mutsu. I sortied a different snail to each map of Summer.
