-Maintenance on April 22 for Kawakaze kai 2, another Asashio-class is planned later.
-Spring 2016 Event has been announced to start on early May, it will be large scale and have a 3 week duration.
-Ooshio receives a blueprint Kai 2 at level 65, with 5 new quests added rewarding 2 medals and 2 furniture fairies.
-You can now choose whether to use any remaining Combat Ration and Offshore Resupply items before the boss battle.
-About 50 girls get temporary Coming of Spring seasonal voice lines, replacing White Day lines and Sukiya gyuudon sprites.
-For this month, Uzuki and Akashi are temporary drops in EO maps. Akashi drops in 1-5 only for those without her.

It was the other debuff node. I did E4 without debuffing but I struggled even with almost the best possible ASW gear. Debuffing made that map a piece of cake and having one of the Italians would save you a whole lot of headache.
For that map it would have been easier to brute force to the other debuff node rather than farm Roma/Libe because their drop rates were abysmal.

KanColle requires little to no attention, even during events. Especially now with battle info giving you instant results. You can easily select formation then go back to something else for however long you want then come back and repeat. Obviously it's not as efficient as someone being there paying attention 100% of the time but you can easily clear and farm the event given that you have at least 3 weeks to do so.

The game requires zero input, it's just the type of game it is. What is the difference between watching a pre-determined fight from the moment you click your formation to simply looking at the battle info plugin? It's not a matter of laziness, it's a matter of having better things to do instead of watching the same old stuff happen time and time again. Why watch a fight that may last minutes requiring zero input when I can instead be getting on with something else? Events at least offer unique voices, sprites and music but generally speaking years old content gets old to look at and the only thing we're interested in is the end result.

I'll just give you an example. Let's take your favourite 20/20/250/250. The highest resources are steel and baux at 250. It will take steel as its primary resource because it's higher in the priority bracket (fuel=steel>ammo>baux).
There you go, it yields you things like T32 radar (steel/fuel primary resource) but not/very little planes like Zuiuns (baux primary resource). Sometimes when I'm not very sure about how these things works I'll just check kancolle-db.
Also, I still don't know the reason behind the 11 ammo in 10/11/251/250. It's also a very common recipe in kancolle-db.

Alright, thanks. But if steel's priority is above bauxite, there's no need for that extra 1 steel anyway since either way steel will be the primary resource. Maybe it's left over from when people weren't sure of priority levels and only realised it after further tests.
I'm guessing that the 11 ammo is because people are considering the possibilities of secondary/tertiary resources determining the frequency of equipment. 10/11 puts ammo as the tertiary resource. 10/10 puts fuel instead. It's just a wild guess on my part though so take it with a pinch of salt.
I've tried 20/30/250/250 before and it does give zuiun, so now that zuiun is needed to upgrade some planes I've considered switching to it. Haven't got a single Reppuu from either recipe despite already having 20+ T32s but the database show's it's possible so I hesitate to declare that bauxite needs to exceed everything else to get Reppuu.

Why even have ball busting events when you can just give everyone participation ribbons? I made it a point to get them all to K2, then get them all to 80 and then my favorites to 90-99.
In the case of Yuudachi though you're well off focusing on leveling her way past 55, you'll profit greatly from it.

Yuudachi at least needs to be leveled past her Kai Ni remodel level as her evasion is bad otherwise, and especially since she often is a target of critical hits.
