My Elly Akira 4-hole came in a few days ago, but didnt have the chance to use it until today.

I was using hydrogen peroxide + water rinse before and after use but I just received my toy cleaner today. hot water + soap seems to be the go to for a lot of people but I like the toy cleaner.
for drying, I take a paper towel and fold it in half as many times as I possibly can and then I twist it from end to end and jam it down the hole. you need to help it along at some points but it's pretty easy to get to the bottom since the paper towel is fairly rigid from the folding and twisting.
