Touhou does not need a board. You can post the manga on /a/, you can post the games on /v/, you can post the girls on anything from /c/ to /e/ to /d/ or any number of other boards for posting cute anime girls, and if you need a single gathering place, you can make a general on /vg/. (especially since moving the online games to /mmo/ would probably slow it down a bit)
Touhou never needed a board. It only got put here because /v/ were being faggots about japanese game and touhou fans were being faggots and spamming all the time.
