You have to go up to the third or maybe fourth user rank in order to search for posts older than a month old. It's the stupidest shit I have ever heard of. Once you make 10 posts you can access the request district and make a thread there, someone might be able to help you.
The regular doujin district is pretty lackluster though, I'm sure all the good stuff is in the EX district but I'm not even sure how you're meant to access that place. I think you have to post a lot of rips, have a high post count, and get invited in or something like that. Like some other anon in an earlier thread mentioned: they have a decent amount of lossless albums, but we have way more albums but in varying bitrates.

Well looking around seems this album seems to technically be the first they've released under the Ringing Volcano moniker. Sakana released one other but it was only a single track long and was retconned to have no product number.
Stylewise though it is the classic Machikado sound just fully instrumental now from what I can hear which is an improvement to me.

I don't think that'd even change much until distribution methods are changed up.
Fact is even if you wanted to buy most of these albums they'll probably just be...forever gone, since most don't ever make themselves available for digital distribution. Not much good having the money if there is nothing to throw it at.
I mean honestly I wouldn't leech if I could support most of these artists, I'm an avid VGM collector who prefers to buy the physical copies. There is honestly no way of ever obtaining a lot of doujin albums without being physically there or being fluent enough to speak Japanese to contact the artist himself in hopes they might be nice enough to sell you some leftover stock or something.
