That would only apply for things sold on NLS. I am absolutely dubious that Daimaoh's info is correct stating that the tunnel length is 130mm, while their cross sections seem to have the tunnel around 1cm from the rear. Judging from their images, I'd say the tunnel length is around 155cm. You'll be fine with being slightly too small for a hole, since you can always push yourself inwards past balls-deep. Being too small may just mean that you can't enjoy some parts of the hole, such as a cervix. Just be careful when applying lube, as lube can pool up at the very back where you can't reach.
