Any fanbase thread is all about making generalizations. Of course not every Yuugi fans think that, but it's common among them. Basically no one thinks that Dai looks like that, it's just a parody doujin. The image I posted, on the other hand, isn't really parodying anything. The artist is, with that doujin, giving the image that this is what Yuugi is really like.
Also, it's not like I blame the artist for it. They can portray the characters how they want. I just find it annoying when such a large part of the touhou community can't tell the difference between canon and fanon.
