We fizzled out after that, months later tried talking more, had some fights and basically decided that it was great, unforgettable and all that, but it was time to move on.
Ultimately, I wouldn't do it again. The only reason we took so long to meet was because both of our jobs. If you're able to week soon and frequently, I say try it.

I only message ones that are online, but because the search function on IP is fucked it never shows them right.
If they're online their reply rate goes waaaaay up and you can have a quick back and forth immediately to get a thing going. Thus much increasing the chances of talking more another time.
If you message someone offline, they'll see it in their email, most likely decide not to reply, and it they do they sit on it and wait to reply. When they finally do you'll be offline and then it takes forever to get anywhere with a qt.
Online is the only qts I'll message and I've gotten loads in my time, skypes and whatsapps in the first contact.
