the german flags are complete on most Levels, all federal states are there, all Regierungsbezirke if there are any, all landkreise are there as well (there is one mistake though because i didnt make all of them. rogan29 made the NRW flags and make a flag each for Aachen and the adjecent Landkreis which were joined together in 2008 to Städteregion Aachen). i never planned on going lower than that but then he submitted 140 gemeinde flags (all in NRW) so i decided to make some for my own Landkreis. plus there is one flag for this guy near Hannover. the main part of the 11.000 gemeinden is not done and i will surely not make them. maybe some for when i move to another Landkreis in october for University.
you actually can make a listed template with ALL the gemeinden and mark the ones not made yet as unobtainable.
if there are any more questions i can answer them to about 10 pm cest
maybe ill add some the gemeinden of oberallgäu or ostallgäu this Weekend if i find the time

sometimes there is no flag Picture on Wikipedia but just a description in german, ist really easy to translate: the colours are written down in order from top to bottom of the flag and the sentence is always the same ( die flagge von türkheim ist blau gelb 1:1 gestreift mit aufgelegtem stadtwappen -> the flag of türkheim is striped blue (top) yellow (bottom) 1:1 with coat of arms )
