I removed extremely undeveloped parts of nations like east germany and southern of italy and belgium.

I've traveled most of the world. And these places are to me the only places that felt like they were really first world. In all other nations it would feel just more poor than you're used to, also the people have a "poor people" mentality. in for example france you see a lot of beggars and homeless.
