Hi, I have a serious question for people here.
I'm visiting Tokyo, and at night, there are tonnes of black guys everywhere harassing anyone male, foreign looking and without a girl right next to them.
They follow us for seemingly 100, 200 meters, they block our path, they won't take no for an answer. Why is this allowed?
I exited the robot show, and there are maybe 100 people there, pretty much all foreigners, and outside, of course, there's at least 10 black guys within 5 meters of the entrance and probably 20 more on all surrounding streets, harassing every guy.
I tried to take a video of me just walking down the street, and they took a real issue with it, and surrounded me and demanded I delete the video. One of them grabbed my arm. Never felt more unsafe in my life.
All this, within 300m if the world's busiest train station.
Don't the Japanese authorities realise how much this impacts on Japan's reputation as a safe country?

How far up does the corruption run to allow this kind of harassment of foreigners?
