Isn't 4chan blocked in Mainland China?
No, likely because so few Chinese come to 4chan, 4chan itself isn't blocked. However, because Google services are throttled and the captcha is owned by Google, in order to post, Chinese posters must use a 4chan pass to bypass the captcha, as it never loads.

AFAIK, standard languages in IM and ROM are both based on Khalkha dialect, so I think they can understand each other if it is written in each one's familiar script

The Philippines consider themselves in general to be superior to East Asians, especially Chinks. They hate and resent the Koreans and Japanese for reversing the situation of the 1950s, in which both countries were poorer and less developed. Above all, they wish to be treated decently and at a level appropriate to what they consider themselves, instead of the contempt poured down on them by Chinks, gooks and Japanese for being brown and Mexican.
You should all acknowledge that the significant cultural accomplishments of the Philippines makes up for their current economic poverty, and not laugh at their situation of having to export labour to other countries.

yes. Knowing Chinese characters must be a huge advantage. But each character often has a different meaning than Japanese usage. And I can't get my head around how to form a sentence in Chinese.

Mongolian scripts is similar to Manchurian scripts.
That type of scripts have been spread in East Asia.
And they were used in the period of Qing dinasty.
It is said that they have to do with origin of Hangul also.
But Japanese is for Kanji scripts basically.
I don't always hate communism government, but I guess they regulate information control a little bit more than capitalism country.
