I dunno, "fuck you" alone can only go so far just like "damn you". If you say "fuck you and go die in a fire" it gets obviously gets more aggressive. I like to think of "fuck you" as a solid base which can stand on it's own or be added upon with other words to get even more offensive. I think the pinnacle of offensiveness with few words could be "fuck you cunt", at least in America anyways, cunt is already seen as one of the most offensive words and in combination of "fuck you" targeting a person you can ensure that the person on the receiving end won't be your friend.
