you might be surprised but using kanji for every single thing is going to make you seem like a very old fart. Half the time the kanji for words isn't used. It doesn't happen only with greetings and common sayings, but also with contractions, conjunctions, adjective/verb agglutination, etc.

Kanazawa is one of famous old city and called as '' small Kyoto''. The reason I love the city, there are many beautiful nature and historical buildings, moreover the city is very convenient like Tokyo. last Spring, new shinkansen start to kanazawa from Tokyo.
