It's not an exaggeration. There are over 500 loanwords from proto-germanic, an undefined (ie. nobody has been bothered to calculate an exact amount) fuckload of words from norse/swedish, and thanks to the modern age a handful from english. The gypsies are so annoying. They really ruin the city. But at least you know what they are, by their behavior, clothes and skin colour. So you can avoid them. The people who try to sell something are also really bad, and you don't even know if they are tourists looking for help or they are trying to sell you something. They ruin the good culture of trying to help people who ask. Maybe I've been rude to tourists, because of them.
I've never ended up in a fight with immigrants, though, although I was punched in the face for no reason once, just for fun.
