I realized mine isn't so much self motivation, but actually that I have to finally "work hard" and that's just a step I've never wanted to take. I feel like I'm at the limit of where I can go without working harder, but working any harder is terrifying. The struggle is a thing to get through though because those pros and everyone good has done it. Shows they're pretty amazing people.
