did some googling and apparently it's the book cover to some german book called "chemie, glaube und kunst - fundamente meines lebens" (chemistry, faith and art - fundaments of my life)
the artwork is often attributed to the artist Adriaen Brouwer but was allegedly done by his friend Joos van Craesbeeck
the name of the piece is "Mann mit offenem Mund" (man with his mouth open)
