I draw porn because the images I create are things I want to see, whether or not I feel aroused by them once they're on paper.
I draw porn because I enjoy it.
Eventually 1 of my drawing got 15 mins of fame after which people started contacting me for commissions.
In the following month I got ''fired''(contract ran out) from my job.
So the commissions were very welcome.
They just kept coming so now I'm trying to go full time with it.
It's not a huge money magnet as everyone likes to think, I'd make more if just got a job again.
But the clients are nice, as is the community.

I only started drawing because I was butthurt at non mainstream anime had a very low count of lewds (akagami Shirayukihime for example). So I took it upon myself to get good at drawing so I can be the guy that draws lewds for those whos favorite anime gets no lewds.

Because I found a stack of me' Dad's skin mags at a pretty young age (seven or thereabouts) and it put me on a path of obsession with idealized female forms. I didn't think I'd make it with my 'real' art so I setup a furaffinity account under a different name and style. Got 80 followers with just a handful of submissions, if I posted more I could have done commissions easily. Had a few people ask already.
Amazingly enough I'm quickly getting more traction with my real art and get commissions with it that pay better than what I'd have to charge for porn.
Also i have a couple furry/hentai enthused friends who I'll draw porn for when I get bored.
I have almost no sex drive myself, porn is fun and kinda relaxing to draw though. I'd use it as a chance to focus on gesture and angles rather than accurate anatomy.
