Anatomy, proportion, volume and perspective all have problems.
You need to sit down, grab some art books and bookmark Quickposes.com pronto.
There's a difference between having never drawn before, and having drawn a lot but still lacking in areas/stagnating.
I have three years of "experience" drawing shitty landscapes but only started learning how to do things properly a week or two ago.
There's no shame in it. Having a bit of familiarity with the medium will also help you learn and progress faster, but you need to be open to admitting/seeing your faults.

What do you want to hear? That your sloppily added effects make >>2512950 a good drawing? It's just as bad as the one in your OP, and that is, because you neither understand forms, nor perspective. The anatomy is totally off, the proportions wrong and the gesture stiff. The stylisation is unappealing and bland looking. The cell shading looks bad, because a) the light source is inconsistent/ shadows wrongly cast, b) the blurred edges look like shit and c) it's totally oversaturated, leading to the last point - the colors are also poorly chosen and you clearly don't know a lot about color theory or character design. Linework's sloppy and while the accusations of chicken scratching do not apply to this picture, you clearly know nothing about line weight.
If you're looking for praise, go to DA.

also flipping the canvas to get a mirrored version of the original always helps me see all the problems to fix proportion wise.

Your problem anon is that you're really not doing gestures in these. A gesture is when you're quickly trying to capture the form; I feel like you're just trying to draw the body and adding in boobs, butt, kneecaps and the like.
Unfortunately you may not like it, but what the others say is true (minus the dickhead/troll comments). There is no shortcut to learning anatomy. If I were to guess, it seems like you are learning to draw from manga. It's a legit way to go, but it doesn't teach you the fundamentals. You need to read up on anatomy but most importantly you need to draw from life. Learn how the body works and bends and what goes where. Don't learn anatomy from manga, learn to draw a person and apply that to your manga.
