All I have are watercolor paints, but id like to get into regular acrylic painting.
Can you do regular paintings with water color paints? just - without the water?
I really have no interest in the process of water color painting

Find the beginner thread.
Read "Fun with drawing".
Draw a million sphere heads with big noses.
Learn to see.
Learn to draw.
Practice every day for 6 hours ideally.
Do this for two years.
Now you can learn to paint.

No you can't really. It won't handle the same as acrylics, and also will cost WAY WAY more by volume if you aren't adding any water to it.
Either try watercolour normally, or buy some acrylics. If money is an issue you can start with a limited palette.

Try gouache, which is water-based, but not too runny.

if you buy them in tubes you can use them like that, well you can use dry ones like that too but it will take forever to make them into a cream
also its expensive since they are meant to be diluted with water
acrylics are used with water so idk what the fuck you are on about with the no water thing
