I added a few shadows and kinda tried to correct the anatomy. Mainly her stomach and ribcage ratio.

First of all, the pose doesn't really make any sense. It's like you drew it without a clear goal in mind. If you're doing a pose, you need to have an idea and a purpose for the pose.
Second, both your anatomy and sense of form are completely off. It doesn't look like it has volume or exists in a three dimensional space.
You also don't have a proper style, nor do the colors work.
I'd suggest you scrap it and work on your anatomy. No matter how much you try to polish it, the result is going to be bad.

I have neither anatomy knowledge nor clear goal in mind. It started of as a sketch that looked different than what it is now and developed to me trying out colors. Ive only recently been drawing on the computer and wanted to try out how coloring works.

Personal opinion, the lack of any shadows around the characters makes the picture lack any real depth. I've been noticing people doing that lately, making mostly every part of their porn artwork lit up everywhere but that makes it feel less atmospheric. That's just my thoughts. Uhh, doing some redlines. If you're still on this: you need to focus more on structure, like contours following set forms, so the ribcage should follow an egg and the hips should follow a sphere/bowl. Your shoulders were wonky. Also consider overlap a little more, like in the thigh that comes forward, breast resting on ribcage, et cetera.
More definite shapes would help the shading, along with a higher contrast between lights and darks. Consider working in a greyscale before jumping into colour.
Finally, I wouldn't file this under 'porn', it's insanely tame.

You basically lack appeal in all departments. Your construction has little to no depth (you want to learn to internalize perspective both with your shapes and your lineart), your anatomy is shitty (do studies, A LOT OF THEM), your lineweigth has really bad variation (you don't understand how to use lines to emphasize depth and shape and how to make it look lively and powerful - you want to do gesture for that, A LOT OF IT).

The picture is honestly not that bad. You have a decent grasp on both anatomy, though the perspective is slight messed up. The characters are drawn correctly in relation to one another, but the bed is at the wrong angle.
Another problem I see is your incredibly messy lines. Not only is it hard to work when large parts of your picture is just a blob of lines, but you lose a lot of detail as well. Clean up your lines, and try to draw with single strokes, while using a smaller brush.

I'm going to try to be more gentle this time, since you seem like a smart guy.
Your anatomy isn't bad, it's just mediocre. What makes your art bad is the fact that you haven't your perspective internalized. Even if you don't have a clean lineart, I can tell you have some confidence, so don't worry about that. You'll get used to the tablet and will train your arm while studying. What you really want to focus on is perspective and foreshortening. Do studies with simple geometrical shapes and put them in interesting compositions. Make them interact and treat them as figures. Always construct your entire scene trying to keep the perspective consistent at ALL times. Your entire scene must adhere to just one perspective. Train this A-LOT. When you start getting the hang of it, start replacing simple elements with organic shapes and eventually human figures.
Use Loomis at the beginning to learn about perspective and how to set a 3d scene on your canvas. Once you know how to do that, just practice.
That's imo the best advice I can give you.

Your anatomy isn't mediocre. It's below that. Even though it is a frontal pose it still lacks proper muscle and skeletal knowledge. The proportions of the arm are wrong. So are those of the face which says to me that you don't know how a skull looks like (stylized or not). You don't know how clavicles work, where and how the muscles attach to the bones, the hand anatomy is garbage, and so on and so on. Sorry for bursting your bubble anon. Your anatomy is pretty much shit. But it's not as shitty as your lack of perspective knowledge. That foreshortening of the legs is horrendous, the masses have no thickness, the elements don't overlap as they would irl and the linework is just as flat as everything else.

Limbs are not big ovals. Go stand naked in front of a mirror observe the curves of the legs. The body never 'pinches' in one area, it all flows. Read some Hampton, he explains it pretty early on in his book on figure drawing.

I love monkey king type designs so this should turn me on but it isn't. I think it's the face. It's not bad but I don't find it appealing. I think it's because over all his proportions look kind of manlet like which might not be bad if it was all balanced in a stylized way like a chibi drawing. In any case, I feel like this needs some cool areas, everything looks so brown and red. If you're still willing to mess with it, maybe take a semi transparent multiply or color or some layer with some desaturated dark blue and work it into the shadowed areas.

Right girl'sneck is too long and misaligned. Her left hand/arm is not in the same perspective as the ground. Her pussy shouldn't be seen so much and should be facing more towards the dildo. Also, you could probably draw her right hand and make good use of it.

The right girl's forearms are too long and her bottom half is wonky. The lower legs are short compared to the thighs and you might want to fix the knee joints as they look really bad. The lower legs should be pointing towards the ass cheeks, not to the right like you have here. This makes the pose look awkward.
The fingers on her right palm are too wide and look broken.
As the other anon said, the guy's dick is unnaturally long, because you wanted to show the action. I don't think you can do much to fix this. He's already standing in an almost comical position. Plus it's not too big of a deal, but you might think about this the next time you're deciding your pov.

Left girls right arm looks like a deltoid attached to a forearm. There is no upper arm what so ever. Or some sort of birth defect with the upper arm happened
The right side of her torso looks fine. The clavicle, at least the one im imagining, fits in the left side. But, if you compare the right shoulder with the left shoulder. The left shoulder seems to be smaller. The left fore arm is long; that might be nit picking. And the upper part of the left arm is short. So the shoulder girdle and arm is trash
The girl on the right, she is using her left arm to prop herself up. Her left clavicle could help indicate this. But it seems she is pulling her left shoulder towards her back. Try this pose. Which ever arm you lean on, the shoulder and clavicle will rise. The girl on the right has no clavicle what so ever on her left side. Now the placement of her left fore arm is questionable. Since the upper part of that left arm is hidden, idk if the forearm is suppose to be there. Her right arm looks like a chicken leg attached to torso. I believe the girl on the right is an amputee.
