I can't take it anymore /ic/ I am a closet attention whore and for too long I have been a hermit but now I crave it I want those ass pats I want those likes and faves I want my ego fed and my dick stroked I want it all.
Where can I go to shamelessly get all of the attention but without having to circlejerk or kiss ass for it, is catering to furries a quick fix for the attention and audience I want?

The worst part about being an artist that wants to be paid for his work is hating the idea of celebrity.
I'm not even socially awkward or anything, at least not very, I just detest the idea of celebrity status and I find the fact that I have to become a phony like PewDiePie or RayWilliamJohnson or whatever really distasteful.
Dude, just draw a load of fanart for popular fandoms and post it on tumblr, tagged. Or, yeah, you can go the furry route if you prefer.
Short, humorous fancomics tend to garner attention easily if you're witty enough to pump them out. Your art doesn't have to be stunning. Above all else, you can gain a following and praise just from consistently drawing things that are popular and moderately interesting.

1. grab portrait of female model or porn star.
2. Paint over it, enlarge eyes.
3. Add chromatic aberration.
4. Post in facebook and tag it as hyperrealistic portrait.
5. When the criticism and bullshit calls come dismiss them saying they're just jealous and "tools, not rules".
6. Repeat.
