Hey buddy, I see that you are new here.
There is a topic that is permanently above every other topic and we refer to it as the "sticky". Might I suggest reading there or asking in a different topic?

With all smart remarks aside, it's better to do studies from life, drawing from 2d is not as beneficial as from 3d, especially when it comes to foreshortening.
if possible (depending on where you live) bring a small sketch book with you to cafes, theater lobbies, waiting rooms, basically everywhere you go and just draw from life. time yourself with 10-30 second gestures. then maybe if you have a chance do a longer drawing. statues in museums help too for longer times but the gestures get really weird.

What if you're shy and lonely?

draw from your window if you live on a busy street. Buy a cheap tall mirror and draw your self maybe? Hire a hooker to pose, i mean thats what the french impressionist did.

probably videos or movies might do but if you do go out sometime, grab the chance. in the end, it's up to you and how you use resources

Fun thing to do is if you have a college class thats mostly lecture where you can just get the info online before a test, draw your teacher's gestures. Usually can find some good stuff.
