Are they runny on slope with sand on it? The guy's face is off, I don"t know what's going on with the eyes(not finished maybe) but the nose is not properly placed, nose is too short, left nostril too darkened or too long compared to the right, mouth too tiny(could be because it's partially covered by beard), clouds same color as the inside of his cape, his torso could have been made a bit longer regardless of him bending it forward, his right leg is disappearing, I don't understand what's going on with the dust lifted by his right leg, it should not be a the same level than his left leg, it looks like his left hand is merged(could be because the piece is not finished and it's why you should post finished pieces or if not finished choose those with a lot of details), by looking at the darkest and lightest part of his body(especially the face and the light reflecting on the helmet) it's clear that the light come from behind him, so....Why his shadow isn't in front of him?
I admit it's possible it's just a case of you having bad taste and the artist is actually better than that.
