Try and copy a drawing from your favourite artist but using the construction lines you're applying here.
That way you'll learn how the artist "thinks" when he's drawing and eventually you'll be able to understand why they draw like they do.
Of course, in order to be able to do this you should follow >>2400067 's advice and read the sticky (work on your fundamentals!)
OP, do you know why anime looks good? Do you think just because it's cartoons, that it's somehow "easier" or requires less knowledge than other things? Did you ever consider that you're perhaps, underestimating how to draw based on the deceiving illusion of simplicity that cartoons often give you at first glance?
I want you to open a manga page and really stare it at for a moment. Even the simplest styles, even artists who avoid backgrounds every second panel, still understand basic shapes and forms and gestures.
OP, your lines don't mean anything. It's the equivalent of someone splashing random lines everywhere and making abstract art that kind of looks like something, but ultimately, its nothing but a bunch of random lines. You know why your lines don't mean anything? Because you don't understand basic form and shapes. In anime and manga, no matter how retarded the eyes are, they still understand, eyeballs are spheres and eyelids go over those spheres. They understand, and thus, know where to put their lines, and thus, their lines have meaning and create a shape that makes sense.
Draw an eye, even an anime eye, and draw it at varying degrees of opened and closed, as if you were animating someone blinking. I guarantee you, you will have no idea what you're doing and will fuck this up real bad, because you don't understand that eyes are spherical and eyelids follow the shape of the eye. this problem can be applied to your entire head. Your hair has no shape. Your heads have no shape. Your nose has no shape. You have some construction lines, but what are you even using them for? They don't even show you the right shape of the head that you're constructing. You just threw in random lines for that too.
It's time for you to study how form works, OP.
