If you want to be a succesful digital artist in vidya games you have to know about
>perspective
>anatomy
>environments
>clothes
>poses
>non humans (robots and such)
>architecture
>weapons (swords and rifles)
And all of this is in general, of course there are many details you have to remember about. You wont live with your parents forever, so how can you learn about all of this in moderately quick span of time?

you don't. just get facebook likes.
This is like asking " how do I get a masters in medicine in one years time?
It doesn't happen.
You will have to work a job you don't want to while you study as much as possible for multiple years.
That is, unless your parents will let you stay with them.
If you want to learn afap join a atelier and grind.

There is only one way to achieve greatness
>>2395185
No one said it was going to be quick or easy.
>>2395185
If you know anything about perspective and light you can bullshit your way out of everything else.
>>2395185
Learning those are easy. Mastering and applying those to your work is painstakingly slow and hard.

Yeah but you have to get money from something... dont tell me you can get it from professional art when you are 40

Unless you're retarded (you may be) you'd already know there are hundreds if not thousands of real world examples of sub 30 y/o men and woman doing professional level work and making a career of it.
What the fuck is the point of this thread? This must be what it's like to only read /ic/ and never look at anything else on the net.

> being this lazy
If you really wanna get good you have to devote alotta time to get good.
I know some artists who worked some odd jobs before landing in an art realated jobs.
they built their portfolio and practiced their foundations during their free time everyday.

>be a succesful digital artist in vidya games you have to..
not really
>succesful concept artist have to...
in this case, then maybe your list makes somewhat sense
>concept artist have to...
plenty of concept artists are specialists or just have a genre. very few are versatile enough to work with all the listed and almost none would have those skills as a junior.
>paid artist have to..
plenty of other choices, technical artists usually make the most these days since no-one ever decides to go from programming to art.
>succesful artist
plenty of artists are one trick ponies. you can hit first pages, get decent jobs and
>succesful digital artist in vidya games have to..
for this you should probably have enough talent to break in without reading shit online
or
be like me and learn shit the hard way, work your way up and get a lead into management role. not spaceship concept artist btw.
