looks comfy, hows living in a trailer, seems like it would be cost efficient, reminds me of those tiny homes people bring with them.
>>
>>2368543
It's alright. A few things to keep in mind though: they are way cheaper than a tiny house, but I'm sure a tiny house is way more efficient. They are made cheaply. The furniture that comes with it is cheap garbage, and the walls are made of plywood. The mobility is my favorite part. Anywhere I move, I still feel at home. It takes about an hour to prep the thing to be moved. Rent is cheap, but the RV itself is not (brand new $30k). I'm used to living in the cheapest places I can find, and I am definitely paying more in rent + RV payments than I was in a cheap apartment, BUT it's mine and I can pick up and move in a moment's notice. Also, where I live (Phoenix) tiny homes are sort of banned, as in there are regulations about how small a building's foundation can be or something, however there are about a million trailer parks. Downside is the majority of them are for 55+ for some reason.

thanks for the info
>>

They're 55 and over because it's a cost efficient way for retired people to live. They sell their home, buy a trailer and live off of that money and SS until they die. It really cost effective. The park being 55 and over is how they keep it from becoming a shitty, drama filled trailer park filled with alcoholics and unattended kids. I'm not saying that everyone that lives in a trailer is like that. I've had a number of friends that lived in trailers as kids and they and their parents didn't fit that stereotype but man, a lot of their neighbors did.

I see why it's annoying to you and it does suck for people who want to or can only afford a trailer though.
>>
>>2368923
Yeah, I'm aware of the why. And AZ is mostly retired old people. I did live in a senior trailer park a few years ago when I was "homeless". I lived with a friend's grandmother. Quietest place I've ever been, I loved it. Now I have a house full of Mexicans with 5 chihuahuas on one side, and a mechanic with insomnia who works on cars at 2am on the other.

true, the quilt cover.....no man would actively purchase that shit.....

Tiny houses are fucking trailer. Not houses. No permanent foundation = not a house. There is nothing wrong with living in a trailer, but I hate this tiny house trend. It's just a trailer home for hipsters.

That being said living in an RV/trailer is a really cost effective way to life if you can afford the initial payment. I am glad you have the freedom bro. My wife and I talked about it, but we decided on living in a condo and I hate it. Just 2 more years of this left before I graduate and can move to a cabin in the woods and live my dream.

Why is there a girl in your trailer?
>>
>>2369955
She pays half my rent, plays wargames with me, makes food, and gives me sex.
>>
>>2369950
Tiny home hipsters, yeah they look dirty and ratty and they fuck it up for everybody. But what other options are there? I need to get the fuck out of my parents house and my state. I'm saving money to get some kind of bed on wheels.

>>

Calgary. Actually reasonably good in spite of the economy going to shit. Lots of schools and seasonal houses in the mountains.

>>2373857
I can't design worth a fuck so I'd feel like shit about it even if I did have the money
