Any of you guys have any weird art rituals/practices.
Like how i always go for a jog midway through my work.
I bathe my paper in my semen and let it dry before i do any work

>drink some water, pop in a dip or a snus
>read a page or two from Robert Henri's "The Art Spirit" or watching a video of James Gurney or something.
>sharpen my pencils, think about when I'm going to be doing
>warmup by doing a page or two of nothing but squiggles, lines, circles and ellipses.
>commence drawing
>5 pages of Bridgeman
>35 minutes of figure drawing (1, 2, 5 and 10 minute poses)
>Anatomy/perspective study
>draw whatever I want until tired
It's a little ritual that I've fallen into that puts me in the right mindset. I've pushed out a lot more work ever since I made it into a kind of ritual.
