Every artist on youtube does it. Especially mexicans. Because they know its a easy to get lots of bait and switch views from people hoping to improve. Its genius albeit pretty manipulative.

Ususally speed paint vids have nothing but positive ratings despite the fact that most artists who do them are painfully mediocre, if not outright bad. You must be attrociously terrible if people were disliking your vid that much.
