looks like you've got some decent pen skills. it's hard to say with just this image since it doesn't really show much knowledge of fundamentals so it's hard to say how versatile you are. there's some problems in terms of form and construction and the design itself is quite messy and generic in some parts.
you shouldn't really expect anything from an art school except from connections and motivation to learn, since you can teach yourself all you need to know online for pretty much free.

I'll start dumping some of my recent work then. Some are just gift for friends (like the op), others are just doodles. Keep in mind i use no references whatsoever since i draw only when i'm stuck in class. As with what i want to do with my art, i just want to impress friends and nothing else

something that could improve your work is using line weight properly, for example if you had heavier line weight on the blade of that scythe it would give more of an illusion of depth. good stuff though.

It can't be that bad, i can't color anything for shit. This is the last thing i colored and it took me two days of fucking around with shades and tonalities. I did it with a mouse tho.

You're undoubtedly skilled enough to post in the drawing thread, haha
Bear in mind that /ic/ is a learners community though, so polished/well made artwork is less likely to be critiqued constructively. There are very few (if any) actual experts on this board. The best way to improve is to do something challenging (duh), which you have little experience doing. Hopefully, someone will chime in with advice and proper criticism.
Lots of great literature to be found here as well.

I tried to slowly transition to it by making my own version of franzetta's death dealer but it's simply more than i can chew, horse anatomy is a pain in the ass. On good days tho i can draw a face that doesn't look like a caricature, i was thinking of doing something like Alphonse Mucha's style even tho it's kind of overdone these days. Maybe one day i'll stop using thick lines

just bougt a fountain pen, i was hoping that the "extra fine" tip would help me draw lines extra thin so i gave it a try... nope, the fresh ink clings to the tip of the nib and it slugs all over, also the nib is too sharp and keeps scrathcing the paper away, wich infused with the ink creates a bigpulp ball at the tip that leaves a mess all over, this is a fucking disappontment. I guess i'll keep using my 0.7mm ballpoint then

Turnip pen. Windsor & Newton ink. Learn to ink.
forget G-pens (are for weebs) or Fountain pens (not the best ones). If you want to get serious, learn to ink with a brush, but for now, turnip pens are the best.
Read Gary Martin's "The Art of comic book Inking". Includes the best advice a book can give you on inking.
