You keep the sketches simple, and it just looks alright.
Just refine your doodles, and connect the outlines.
Try shading your drawings, maybe that can help you refine your shading skills.

do you want an honest opinion? you have no value as an artist, your sketches could've been drawn by the average 13 year old. but that's not the problem, I could say the same thing for a lot of successful artists, especially webcomic ones. what makes your sketches bad is that they aren't funny, nor recognizable, nor drawn in a consistent style. and you aren't able to capture the likeness of people. so practice instead of showing off because you have literally nothing "going for you right" now.
