Draw your off-hand thread!
That's right - if you are right handed, draw your left hand and vice versa. Your left hand is always with you lying around there useless so draw it. You can also repeat the process for few days and post progression. This is the first one I did - not so good, but I know it's going to improve gradually.
This does improve both your still life perception and your hand drawing skills also!

The fist seems little small, maybe you have small hands or your could train your eye to catch measures and distances better. Try to really focus when you draw from still life, like shut everything out and just stare your hand and the paper back and forth. Maybe do these studies twice a day for couple weeks and see if you improve! This is one of the easiest exercises to do.

Oh, and when I drew those hands in the first pic, I rested my left hand on the paper so it was very close to the drawing, so I didn't have really to move my head at all, just eyes! You could do similar and place your hand next to the screen you're drawing. With traditional tools it's a bit easier (ballpoint pen in the original pic).

My thumb really is the size like in pics >2281686 and >>2282369 even if those are not really good drawings, the proportions are correct. The perspective may be bit shady especially on the latter pic - the thumb should be a bit "closer" to the observer. When I put my hand in "duck's beak" position (like kids when they pretend talking in duck voice or something like that) my thumb gets longer than index finger. The thumbs joint is quite flexible and can seem really long or pretty short and it looks especially long if I bend my index finger towards the palm of my hand.

Yes, but even in a week you can improve in this. This was my (OP) first excersise in still life really, because before I had no idea what to draw. Drawing flower bouquets or fruit baskets seemed so boring. This was a bit more interesting and it proved out to be really fun.
Now I'm trying to keep drawing all kinds of cloth and material studies from life. It really enhances sense of proportions and measurements more effectively than drawing from pictures imo.

The one in the middle is probably best in thread. Some angles might be a bit exaggerated (from thumb to wrist, pinkies position?) but the overall look is really good. Can't really say anything about others, as I can't see them that well. Is that really from still life?

I'm not too great to be giving advice probably, but typically shadows aren't so stark/harsh in contrast to the other shades around them. Smooth the shadows into the colors around it, sort of "fuzz" them out maybe?
