The part I can't analyze is the noticeable "L" shape letter, it could be an L, or a calligraphy C

I saw a lot of paintings like this when I worked in a frame shop. Seems to be a popular style with street artists. People would come back from their trip to France or Italy or whatever with stuff that looked like this. "Look at this wonderful original oil painting I purchased in Tuscany. Isn't it fabulous?" "Uhhh... yeah, sure. Fabulous. You should put this big honkin fancy ass frame on it, with a linen liner and fillet. That'll be $3000."
