Paint Tool Sai, i used the Noise texture on the brush tool to get a nice grain to the line work and also to color. It gives a nice pastel look to the colors.

(mainly when it changes version number, like 6 to 7) Try to look up if you don't find more Java folders. I would really like to help you, but I don't know how.

drag and drop an image of yours into the main window, then drag additional images into the "Layers, Channels, Paths, Undo - Gradients" window. finally, you get to do FOUR SAVES!!!!! fantastic huh?
