Despite all your best efforts to make them feel bad, there will continue to be people that request sources because it is convenient and the request itself is reasonable. And there will always be people kind enough to fulfill the request. Even if a picture has a Sean Cody logo on it or whatever, the amount of effort it takes for someone (who already knows the answer) to type the name of the model/shoot is tiny in comparison to someone having to sift through tons of pages of models to find it. The exception to this is when GIS actually directs them to the source (which doesn't work nearly as often as people here make it sound).
I visit this place pretty frequently, and not once was my experience ruined by a sauce request. If I had to pick something that did, it would be armchair moderators who don't contribute anything.
Either way, I think a sauce thread on this board for the sake of consolidation is entirely reasonable. That way you can just minimize it before it drives you to misery.
