"Keltoi" is the tribal name of the pre-Roman people of France. It's used as a catchall term for people speaking languages related to that of the Keltoi, which includes the languages spoken in Britain and Ireland but that doesn;t mean there was a racial connection between the two. In the sense of being racially autochthonous around 75% of all living Britons are, but of course Celtic culture is not indigenous anywhere outside Austria / Bavaria. The original culture was the Atlantic Megalith Culture, that raised the many standing stones, stone circles and barrow mounds that are found across the Atlantic shore. I can only speak for Ireland but I think it should be similar. Basically it goes like this.
