Well this is a funny thread. All the time it is hurr durr how does Germany win. And every time the answers are the same, that it would require huge, fundamental changes in history/German politics/industry/strategy/and the like. And rightly so, seeing as they were outmatched and picked a fight against three superpowers etc.
Also threads like those are pure cancer.
But with the allies it's a cancer less malignant... if only for the novelty value.

A number of ideas, of varying degrees of plausibility and certainty:
A) Persuade Belgium that war is inevitable, and their best stance on keeping their freedom is to allow a Franco-British armed presence and to mobilize over the winter of 1939-40. By the time the Germans are ready to come knocking in May, you don't have an ad-hoc line that's still working the kinks out, but you have enormously prepared defenses in depth, anchored around the Maas and Dyle rivers. Maybe the Germans can crack it anyway (they have an effectively overwhelming air advantage, even if they don't seem to on paper) but it'll be a slow, messy, bloody process, not at all like what happened historically.
B)Get the Soviets to do a proper defense in depth come 1941 instead of the idiot "ALWAYS ATTACK" plan that they employed historically. And for that matter, if you're going to have frequent Soviet counterattacks, do it in one place where you can concentrate your forces, none of this broad front shit.
C) Try to hit France in 1943 instead of going for Italy. This might or might not work though, if it does work, it'll almost certainly end the war earlier. It carries significant chances of not working though, as well as being a greater commitment of force in the Allied camp than the commitment to Italy.
D) Either don't do British and later American strategic bombing, or do it with some kind of plan, likely economically based. You can't do a Trenchardian morale attack in a total war, since this is national survival on the line, they're not going to surrender or fall prey to "moral collapse". Oil is the likeliest weak link, although I believe Speer mentioned that he thought that if the Allies had focused on things like ball bearings in 1943, it would have relaly hurt them. In that vein, if you can go back and change things pre-1939, re-do training and doctrine in Bomber Command so they can actually carry out night attacks and hit what they're aiming at.

F) Forget the Solomons and those other southern islands. When you're hopping against Japan, go for the jugular. Marshalls, Marianas, Phillipines, Bonins. Cut them off from their oil sources in the NEI ASAP, or at least force them to commit their forces to a decisive battle from an inferior position as soon as you can.
G) Get the U.S. in the war sooner somehow. Not well read enough on FDR and public attitudes to know what exactly would be involved here.

El Alamein. If the Commonwealth forces had lost at El Alamein, Rommel would have had no problem pushing on through the Middle East and up through the steppes into Russia, and and then flanked the Soviet forces who were already struggling on one frontier.

The Japanese held onto the NEI for the entirety to the war. But after the loss of the Phillipines, they couldn't reliably get it to Japan or to their forces in places like China and Japan.

Secure Antwerp and the Scheldt early in one decisive movie instead of dawdling and allowing the Germans to consolidate their defense. Avoid Market Garden altogether and make a proper crossing of the Rhine in strength. Capture Berlin by Christmas before the Soviets even know what's up.
That's a lot of monday morning quarterbacking, and it would involve some of the senseless troop deaths that Western Allies were hoping to avoid, but that's how I'd do it, if winning earlier was my primary objective.

Flip a coin whether they fight the roast biffs and krauts on the side of Russsia or realize they risk Britain's friendship and a real invasion on two fronts. I'd think they'd choose a lead from behind campaign against a distant nation instead.
America is happily made irrelevant to the calculus as Japan flanks the Eastern Front and Germany looks multicultural and magnanimous to the world leading the struggle against global communism and world domination in the name of national pride and independence.
Germany is awarded stewardship of the Austrio-Hungarian Empire as a war prize. For years economists lavish compliments on the economic miracle created in Germany during the war. Germany then creates the Vereinte Reiches that respects the cultural heritage of peoples everywhere so long as they stay in their own territories.
Kill Albert Speer as soon as possible.

Bomb the dams powering the rhine industry, like they tried but failed to do properly without ever retrying for whatever reason.
Stop the terrorbombing of German cities, it actually increased productivity and national resolve, go all the way or not at all.
Liberate Scandinavia to control the priceless Swedish iron shipments that they literally couldn't manage without.
In Speer's memoirs he lists several factors, these points being some, that would've crashed the German warmachine to the point of no recovery.
