If France did not surrender to the germans in world war 2 do you think they could have had a chance in ending the war much earlier ?

If France and Britain hadn't stalled when the blitzkrieg was rolling over Poland they could have finished the war then and there. A swift march into the heart of Germany and they could have ended it. The soviets were of no importance, their army before Barbarossa was pathetic and had no leadership because of Stalins purges (see Winter War).
The Wehrmacht was inferior to the France-English military up until 1941. But alas, the allied commanders lacked foresight and didn't take Hitler seriously, hence the term "Phony War".
They paid the price at Market Garden and Dunkirk and caused the deaths of millions.

One of my teachers told us how his father, who was gunman in anti air battery, just fled from his post because they had shiny new cannons but no ammo for it.

the italians invaded france as well. there was an engagment where to whole invasion force was stopped by something like 4-6 men. the french were suprised but did not mean they could not have consolidated there forces to meet the force.

You speak as if that's some sort of accomplishment. The Italian army was probably the most badly led and equipped military force in the entire war. Just look at the Greek debacle which more or less led to the failure of Barbarossa. Italy was only held up by Mussolini's hot air.

The Saar offensive wasn't stunningly well-planned, but it was done within weeks of the invasion.

Sorry I've got nothing more than what I've said.
Apparently (from the same guy) they didn't realized ealry enough that new anti air guns would require more ammo, and the ammo production started then too late.

Not initially, the BEF/French forces were already broken. It would have simply devastated France more, provide Japan the casus belli to seize French Indochina even earlier, and have forced the Germans to occupy France.
There are two major things that might change if France never surrendered: that Germany will have to devote a huge amount of manpower to occupying France, and that the French Colonial Empire would continue to resist, likely leading to an Italian invasion of those territories. The French Navy would probably evacuate from Toulon to Mers el Kebir, Dakar or its colonial ports or Great Britain. Each of these would likely be a problem for the Axis--the French occupation and Italy fucking up the invasion of the French Maghreb would require Germany to commit much more manpower. This would affect Hitler's plans to invade the Soviet Union, delaying and weakening it or outright cancelling it.

Italians would not have been able to capture french possessions in africa. it would have took a combines german/italian effort. by then the french would be dug in and i would not doubt british troops would be supporting them
