Problem is everyone blames the holocaust on Hitler even though Himmler came up and executed the final solution plan and the camps.
Hitler was a great leader however was naïve to think he could take on so many opponents at once. Goin back on his pact with Russia was his first mistake, without that he could of easily conquered Europe. If he kept on good terms with the Americans and do extra to appease them then they might not of even entered the war.
A good depiction of how life would be if this was true would be The Man in the High Castle.

Fair point there, his push for offensive weapons instead of developing more defensive weapons also fucked him over. Reason being he didn't want to appear weak or like the Germans were loosing the war.
