Give me some motherfucking Medieval European art
Some Western Rite Orthodox parishes still use Western Medieval style artwork.
Here is the French Orthodox Liturgy, it dates from the 6th Century.

That sounds even more based than Eastern Catholics

Western Rite Orthodox is very similar to Medieval Catholicism. That is, traditional Catholics are always talking about the importance of Tridentine Mass--well, Western Rite Orthodoxy is about PRE Tridentine Mass
Here are some bishops of the Celtic Orthodox Church
I sometimes wish--unchristian of me, I know--that the Pope would go full heresy and get a bunch of traditionalist parishes to leave so they could come over to us and we could really expand the Western Rite. I'd love to see more of it (and it can vary by country according to its oldest traditions).

Notice, btw, the Western style iconography in the back (not modernist, yet distinct from the Byzantine style Orthodox icons), and the bishops being barefoot (which was evidently an important part of their Rite back in the day)
