Not really. They do it in the name of the No Tav movement as far as I know, but here where I live (North-East) things are a bit muddied up - remnants of the old 60s to 80s more serious anarchist groups get absorbed in younger formations, and you never quite know what's going on.
Old Italian Anarchism is really fascinating anyway. Read Belgrado Pedrini's autobiography a few months back, really wish i could meet the guy and ask him about how he lived the Struggle.

The problem is that you're trying to group a large variety of different ideological standpoints under a common categorization. Namely you are trying to group various socialist contingents with maintstream liberal capitalists of today: groups that share very little in common.
Historically though, at least in the US, the left lost most of it's steam back in the 50's with McCarthyism and the Red Scares. That broke most of the labor movements with any sort of political leanings and set the course for anti-left policies through the rest of the Cold War. The moderate capitalists with sympathies to certain social plights became the "liberals," and became essentially controlled opposition for those who desired societal change but were unaware of their options for how to seek that change. Identity politics began to be spouted as opposed to class warfare because the former ultimately fails to change the systemic problems that cause exploitation, thus was largely compatible with the maintenance of the status quo, All divisive, all a distraction.
