>Thomas Jefferson's bedroom

why would he ruin a perfectly good hallway like this?
>>
>>456235
Jefferson is a fucking troll
>>
>>456235
He was autistic

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Retrospective_diagnoses_of_autism#List_of_individuals
>>
>>456235
A literal autist.
>>
>>456235
To make bitches climb over him to get to the writing table, duh.
>>
>>456235
Why would you ruin a perfectly good bedroom by putting a hallway in the middle of it?
>>
>>456235
Autism, the picture.
>>
>>456235
He had another entrance to his study right? He didn't really have to climb over his bed every time.
>>
>>456235
He probably verified the thread count of his linen manually.
>>
>>456253

>women
>writing
pick one
>>
Probably did it to make slaves crawl over his bed to reach him. Then he'd spring into action before they got over it and would make sweet love to them.

looks comfy desu
>>
It's pretty comfy desu senpai
>>
>>456416
Yeah, it's not my taste personally but it's obvious he wanted to section off his two spaces while still able to hop straight in bed from each. Eccentric but reasonable.
>>
>>456235
>>456370
>>456416
It would look a hell of a lot comfier if he walled in the bed desu. At least then there wouldn't be a risk of falling out and there wouldn't be so much fucking light.
>>
>>456433
Lots of people sleep with their bed centered in the room and don't roll off.
>>
>>456433
Does that happen to you often, anon? I think that's just a you problem.
>>
Wait so was he autistic?

I would think this kind of layout would make an autist less comfortable, not more.
>>
>>456235
looks comfy
>can literally roll out of bed and get to writing/work
>>
>>456443
I do this, and most bed I've been in have been this way desu.
>>
>>456253
Black bitches you mean.
>>
>>456235

heh, I actually used to sleep in a hallway too

surprisingly comfy
>>
>>456235

If bitches want to disturb me in my study they gotta get in my bed first nigga.
>>
>>456443
Centering your bed is usually a bad use of space though.
>>
>>456235

This is actually brilliant. In order to enter the study, you'd have to climb over the mattress. A minor inconvenience for most people, but if you were a redcoat assassin trying to sneak in, it would be hard to get in with making the mattress creak, giving Thomas Jefferson plenty of time to pull out a shotgun and destroy the relevant threat. Brilliant!
>>
>>457971

Not everyone lives in an apartment you know.
>>
>>456773
being a hobo doesn't count
>>
>>456235
Only a manlet could sleep there
>>
>Presidential man-cave

Jesus Christ. I bet he built forts back there too.
>>
>>457984
>brilliant!
reddit pls go, take your cringey humor elsewhere
>>
>>456329
They still had scribes back then, didn't they?
>>
>>456235

Thomas Jefferson is a well known autist.
>>
>>458042
Yes, and women make better scribes because they've got small hands.
>>
>>457971
If you really wanted to maximize your space use you'd have a loft bed and use the rest of the bedroom floor as an office or warehouse
>>
>not realizing that Jefferson positioned his bed in this manner so that he could ninja roll over the damn thing to travel between the two rooms

The absolute madman.
>>
>>456235
That's genius.
>>
>Can literally never wake up on the wrong side of the bed.

>Autistic

Try again, this is intellectual genius at it's best.
>>
>>458550
Isn't a small part of autistics sort of an idiot savant type of deal?
>>
>>458550
>he's not autistic
Sorry chap, you'll never understand
>>
>>456443
>>456452
Well now I feel silly.
>>
>>459375
It's okay anon, I sleep with my bed in the corner closest to the window.
It's the best way to sleep desu
>>
>>456329
Emily Dickinson who also had autism according to
