The Ancient Egyptians cut their sons foreskins off and their daughters clits off, as did the Arabs, the Jews (Who for some reason ditched the clit cutting), the Berbers, the Phoenicians, the Akkadians, and the Ethiopians. i'm not sure how true this is, but i read that being completely naked was fine while showing your glans was sort of like the equivalent of being naked. apparently they also wore a cord around their waist that they tied their foreskin to to prevent their dick from flopping around or their tip getting exposed.
