Is empire the natural political form of Europe?

>SPQR
>Charlemagne
>HRE to an extent
>Napoleon

Face it, Europe wants to be unified under a centralized (at least nominally) rule. European states, even the big ones, are too small and interdependent to look each for its own, and the small ones are just puppet states anyway. The Westphalian system was merely a short episode that was falling apart already by the late 1800s, and the current system of nation states is already largely in decline.

No, given the fact how Euroniggers love to beat up the cunt that wants to make an Empire out of them.

German please stop shitposting. Nobody wants your filfthy Empire.
>>
>>381628
There hasn't been a pan-European spanning Empire since Rome ended. So no.

Also this >>381628

Germany what are you up to now?
>>
Wouldn't that be the opposite? Charlemagne, the Holy Roman Empire, Napoleon's Empire... they all fragmented.

Compare that to China, where the Conquerors managed to keep it together.
>>
>SPQR
around the mediterrean sea, majority of europe not part of it
>Charlemagne
a very short period of time, again
>HRE
no, but again, half of europe wasnt part of it
>Napoleon
a very short period of time, maybe closest to an actual EU empire
>>
>>381628
What are you talking about? In almost every region with a history of nations they have been pretty much all empires until recently.

No, they don't
>>
>>381628
The opposite, if one country tries to create an empire all other small nations gang up on it and beat the shit out of it.
>>
>>383009
maybe 8 of these areas in the map has serious separatist movements
>>

>I can name 4 empire in 2000 years
>Europe must be a natural empire
>>
>>383009
How many of those movements are still relevant?

Anyways, Europe doesn't want to be unified under a single Empire. Several Empires or Unions, maybe, but not a single EU-like entity.

Southern Italy (plus Corscia/Sardina), Sicily, Greece, Cyprus could easily form a union of their own if they stopped being lazy cunts.

Germany, France, Belgium, Holland, Austria could form another.

The Scandinavians another.

The Spanish are a mess fuck them.

The British want to go it alone.

The Eastern Europeans are.... unsure as to how they feel about each other. They seem secure in their distrust/hatred of Germany and Russia though.
>>
Only the Roman one lasted. While the HRE also lasted, it was irrelevanat for most time.

kek

It really wasn't a empire.

Even during the late middle ages contemporaries noted how fractured it was and that the emperor relied more on the goodwill of his vassals than some actual kind of power over anything besides his own lands.
>>
>>381628
society itself is a construct so there is no way some kind of it could be consider as "natural"

you could say common or something else

so

If empire is the natural form of Europe, why is it currently hellbent on turning itself into a refugee camp?
>>
>>381628
A federal system isn't an empire.

>Prussia

This rustles my jimmies something fierce. If the Russians in Kaliningrad want to secede that's fine, but using the name of the political entity whose people we're completely removed from the region and replaced by them is taking the piss.
>>
>>383047
>The Scandinavians another.
Nope. Sweden is far to expensive for the other Scandinavian countries to want to touch it, and Swedes are completely unwilling to compromise on their expenses. Moreover, the Norwegians won't let anyone else touch their oil money despite them doing a piss poor job at managing them themselves.
>>

I don't get it either.
Maybe they are butthurt ethnic Poles?

>>384663
I've once read an article about that. Many people in Kaliningrad are fed up with their government because the city has been half-assedly rebuilt after the war, has a poor connection to the Russian mainland and has been pretty much neglected in general. Since the fall of the Soviet Union, a number of movements to restore the old Prussian face of the city have been initiated and many Russian Germans that had been expelled or mistreated under the Soviets have moved to Kaliningrad. So basically, there does exist some separatist sentiment and there's also organizations that want to restore the city's Prussian heritage, but I've never heard that people actually see themselves as Prussians or that they want to turn Kaliningrad into a new Prussia.
