Assuming that order was maintained, Europe would have been mostly united as a confederation of nations, the world wars would most likely never have happened, and Europe would probably still dominate the world today. Also quite possibly 19th century colonialism wouldn't have happened.
More importantly the modern values spread by Napoleon would never have been gangrened by Anglo liberal capitalism, and we'd live in a more statist, meritocratic, and rationalistic world, directed towards the public good rather than chaotic self-gratification.
