Introduction of cuisine like burek and ćevapi into Bosnia and Serbia, but I'm sticking with Bosnia for now (I live here) plus Serbs tried to move away from that Oriental culture into Western European in the 19th century when we established a national pride and identity.
Coffee-drinking as a main part of socialising which still cripples us because of a chronic Café-going younger populace becoming lazy slobs.
We've got a completely incompetant, iniciative-lacking people that are hedonistic materialists and I blame the Ottoman occupation.
We've also narrow streets, so they've fucked up the infrastructure as well.
Culturally, besides turning us into "begs" as we like to say (those coffee-drinking lazy Turks that lay all day on pillows and smoke hookas), they've introduced Islam which is a major destabilizing factor and, Westerners don't know this, Bosnia has a couple of well known wahhabi (terrorist) camps in which the state (federal) police doesn't go in. The muslim entity is politically inept and corruption ridden (as could be said for Srpska to a degree) but unlike Serbs they don't have the "political will" to shut down the camps and arrest the wahhabis and mujahedeen.
