Is there any philosphy that will be challenged by the new world population, and the fact that civilians deaths are now reaching record levels?

"mo". You mean more, correct?
Have more civilians died (not even rates, but raw numbers) in the previous year than during certain years in World War II, the Khmer Rouge Regime, Rwanda, or Darfur.
These civilians must be included in the totals since their deaths are caused by the ideologies (philosophies) of those who caused their deaths.
Pretty simple really.

Yes actually. The amount of civies dying from disease, crashes, and other things every day amount to genocide levels.

the fact of the matter is so long as people in first world countries are significantly unaffected by the issues you mention, no change will occur. things will need to get bad for those who are comfy in this day and age before philosophies are questioned.
though, i ask you the following- what philosophy is responsible for "the amount of civies dying from disease, crashes, and other things every day"?
