is there any difference between catholicism in latin america and catholicism in europe, aside from the fact that in latin america the prayers are orange skinned and in europe they're white?

i mean in terms of how they hold the mass, how they pray, how fevours the believers are, anything really.

Syncreticism is very high amongst Catholic populations in Latin America.

Europeans are polythiests. Latin American at least uphold the bible.

Look up liberation theology to understand Catholicism in Latin America

>liberation theology
>theology
>literally not one single jot of it is about the study of God Himself.

It's okay to call anthropology "anthropology." And to call politics "politics." But it is absurd to call either of these things "theology." Words do mean things. It's not "theology" just because you're doing it wearing a cassock and collar.

But this is also true of Europe Catholicism. It absorbed many traditions from the Graeco-Roman religions.

This. Offer a candle to Saint Brigid the next time a Eurocuck accuses Sudacca Catholics of "paganism".
>>
While you can accuse Catholics of polytheism and paganism, at least the European Catholics pray to church-accepted Saints instead of worshipping death.

There alot of spanners in this thread. I am from European and I believe in God so no, latin americans are not the only ones that believe in God. And to answer your question.. I suppose it's the language otherwise it's the same.

So it doesn't matter that some saints are actually pagan gods, only as long as the Church "accepts" them?
