There was no group in parliament openly lobbying to give the Falklands to Argentina, yes a few individuals but no actual groups lobbying. Yet you for some reason suggest there was a large pro-settlment lobby that existed and could easily become a majriuty. Even today only a small but vocal minority support appeasing Argentina, and only since after the wat did it become at all an issue in Britain, with it still hardly ever mentioned.
