Well there's your first problem. "Socialist" states never seem to turn out socialist do they? Also you'd probably need a global revolution for a socialist community to not fall prey to capitalist interests. So the policy is

>inspire global revolution
The latter of which is, of course, more tricky.
Realistically one person couldn't make socialism; it would have to be the proletariat as a class, in my opinion.

Serious question to Marxists. Why do you consider Marxian socialism the only alternative to capitalism when it has failed universally in practice and refuted to death in theory? Why can't you think about something else? Didn't Marx value science over ideology? But sciences evolve, and pushing Marxism is pure ideology at this point.
